Meet, Big Mike the founder and creator of Hype World Entertainment. Mike started as an event host curating and creating memories for event goers since 2011. With time, he fell in love with the art of becoming a DJ, and since has become one of the better known talents in Central PA and other cities throughout the US. He's known for his dynamic voice, and ability to have an immersive crowd control experience one will never forget! While mastering the craft of both being a hypeman/host as well as a DJ, he also took on the role of creating HypeWorld. An entertainment company that is all about creativity, passion, and the love of all things art. With high hopes and aspirations for the Hype World brand we can't wait to share his talents with all of you!

Specializing in Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Afrobeats, Latin and Top 40, Showtyme is more than a DJ — he's an entertainer, known for his infectious energy, comedic banter, and crowd-commanding presence.
Music runs deep in his family, but it was in 2003 while in 5th grade — during a tribute to Jam Master Jay at the BET Awards featuring legends like Grandmaster Flash, DJ Premier, Kid Capri, and Jazzy Jeff — that Showtyme found his true calling. What began as making party mixtapes in middle school turned into DJing house parties in high school, and shortly after graduation, he invested in his first set of DJ gear. Just weeks later, he landed his first gig as a resident DJ for a local under-21 club.
His career gained momentum quickly. Wanting to take things up a notch, he brought in his energetic high school friend “Big Mike” to hype the crowd — and together they formed a dynamic DJ/MC duo that’s been a staple in Central PA nightlife ever since.
